如果我能够竞聘上这个岗位，我打算从以下几个方面改进自已的教学工作，提高自已的教学水平。
a）更加科学规范地做好日常教学工作，认真落实教学常规工作，确保教学质量稳中有升。
b）顺应教学改革方向，积极参加教学改革。根据英语学科的特点，我打算开展“任务型教学”实验活动，把学习者个人的生活经历作为课堂学习的主要资源，力图将课堂内的语言学习与课堂外的语言活动结合起来。
c）结合英语学科特点和学生实际情况，配合学校的校本教研，设计并开展丰富多采的英语实践活动，进一步拓展学生的视野，培养学生各方面能力。
d）加强个人修养，练好基本功。进一步树立自已强烈的事业心和责任感，加强自已的工作能力和工作艺术，顾全大局，维护学校良好形象，努力调动学生的`学习积极性，提高教学质量，力争在教学中体现实力，在工作中保持动力，在学生和老师的交往中凝聚合力。
